Group Fitness is Growing!

Starting Tuesday, February 23rd, we'll begin renovating our Youth Lounge into a Gravity Studio.  We're excited about this renovation and the additional classes we'll be able to offer.  We are expecting this work to last several weeks.  Stay tuned for updates and exciting information about the Gravity fitness program.

Group Fitness

Improve your cardio respiratory endurance, muscular strength and flexibility. Stay motivated with a fun, group setting. Check out or Group Fitness Schedule for classes and times.

 

 

Our water classes include:

  • AK-WA-FIT: Hi-Lo aerobics class in shallow water.
  • DEEP WATER: Hi-Lo intensity class in deep water.
  • HYDRA PUMP: Combination cardiovascular and muscle strengthening workout in shallow water.
  • LIQUID STRETCH: A 30-minute flexibility training session in warm water.
  • SEASTRIDE: A shallow water aerobic workout emphasizing water walking at various strides, intensities and utilizing a variety of equipment.
  • ZUMBAQUA: Low impact class incorporating Latin and Middle Eastern dance move in the shallow water. 

Our land classes include:

  • YOGILATES: Combination of Pilates & Yoga
  • BODY FLEX: Group resistance training
  • STEP: Workout using adjustable bench.
  • TRI-FIT: Cardio and resistance training ending with a flexibility segment.
  • KICKBOXING: Elements of boxing, martial arts, and aerobics to provide overall physical conditioning and toning.
  • FIT FOR LIFE: A functional training class for older adults, improving balance, strength and flexibility.
  • ZUMBA: Low impact aerobic interval workout incorporates Latin American and Middle Eastern
